!5 无法解析编译依赖 libtiff-tools
libtiff 在最近的提交 c4d8718479/libtiff.spec 中删除了 `Provides: %{name}-tools`, libtommath 编译依赖 libtiff-tools ，但是找不到该符号了。
修改 libtommath 的 spec 文件，使其依赖 libtiff 而不是 libtiff-tools。
