Drop pyflakes and pycodestyle version limit

flake8默认依赖pyflakes<1.7和pycodestyle<2.4，但pyflakes和pycodestyle在20.03 LTS SP2已有对应的高版本软件包，不适合降级。

该PR移除flake8对pyflakes、pycodestyle，保证能正常安装
