Subject: [PATCH] libbpf: Support detecting and attaching of writable
tracepoint program
Program on writable tracepoint is BPF_PROG_TYPE_RAW_TRACEPOINT_WRITABLE,
but its attachment is the same as BPF_PROG_TYPE_RAW_TRACEPOINT.
